Danny the Dictator?

The allegations talked about by Bob Fife and Jim Morgan about Danny the Dictator's actions in N.L should cause a great deal of concern amongst every party in this election.

I am waiting with bated breath for Stephane Dion, Jack Layton, Gilles Duceppe, and Elizabeth May to denounce in no uncertain terms this affront to our great democracy. I am starting to turn blue, and not because I am a conservative.

This is classic bullying and intimidation. If I were to use my position of authority at work to threaten someone with a demotion, loss of prestige, or possible loss of livelyhood to someone's family I would be charged. I hope election rhetoric and Danny William's position of authority do not shield him from an investigation.

The RCMP should investigate this allegations and either prove or disprove them. Danny Williams has tainted this election, this should be no surprise as he told everyone who would listen that he would. But I am shocked at the lengths he is going. Voter intimidation is illegal, and if he or his people are in fact engaged in this then he is no better then Mugbe or any other tyrant.

The RCMP should investigate.

Even Liberals in N.L have serious concerns about this and show it by posting Rex Murphy's thoughts on it.

We're better off without Williams.

We're better off with Harper.

NOTE: I posted this last not but the BT aggregator didn't pick it up.

William's is a politician of strife, with-out it his policies would come under scrutiny and he can't have that so keep everyone looking at the feds while he screws up the Province with special deals for special friends and screw the rest.

For Danny Williams and his "God Father" Alex Hickman intimidation is the usual mode of operation. Just Google "Byron Prior" and you will get a glimpse of what to expect of Danny and his buddies
