What in the world is Russia doing?

It seems a few Russian troops are finally pulling back to their South Ossetia bases. That being said, the Russians are still being naughty little fellows. They are doing such wonder and humane things like:

• Captured Georgian prisoners being handcuffed and paraded around
• Russian soldiers entered the port of Poti, and start searching all the containers
• Russian soldiers stealing US Humvees that were still in region after their training exercise
• Russians scuttling Georgian naval vessels
• Russians attempting to enter another Georgian army base
• Allegations they are destroying infrastructure
  

It really is a good thing they have peace in their hearts, lord help Georgia if they didn't.
