Finally, Asadullah Khalid is being replaced as the Kandarhar Governor.
This cannot come soon enough. Allegations of corruption and torture have undermined his credibility. And he also hasn't gotten it done in his province. By done I mean defeat the Taliban.
We need a strong leader in this position who has strong ethics and morals. Hopefully his replacement can succeed where he has failed.
