Russia starting the Georgia pullout

It seems that Russia is starting to pull out of Georgia. Or at least pretending too.

Their still are troops and tanks near the Georgian capital, and the Russians are talking about a buffer zone around South Ossetia. The buffer zone would be 14 KM into Georgia proper.

The West is still insisting on Russia pulling out completely, but more and more it seems like empty rhetoric.
