The Russians are still violating their truce agreement with the Georgians. Apparently the Georgians can also forget about ever getting their territories back as well.
So know the Russians are going back on their word, and dictating terms. Last I checked no country had recognized South Ossetia and Abkhazia as independent states.
And the West does nothing but offer stern words to Russia. We to start talking sanctions at the very least.
