Stand up for Canada - Let the people speak
Two months ago, Canadians elected the Prime Minister with a strengthened mandate to address the global economic crisis.
Now, a Socialist-Separatist-driven coalition is attempting to overturn the results of the last election and impose a Prime Minister that Canadians rejected.
The Socialist-Separatist-driven coalition is:
- An attack on Canada - Separatist participation and a Separatist veto on national decisions
- An attack on Canada’s democracy - Canadians resoundingly rejected Stéphane Dion as Prime Minister
- An attack on Canada’s economy - The Liberals themselves called the NDP “economically-damaging”.
Canada’s Government will use every legal means possible to:
- Protect Canada - No Separatist Participation and No Separatist Veto
- Protect Canada’s democracy -No imposition of a radical new Government without the people’s consent
- Protect Canada’s economy - No economically-damaging agenda for the country
During a global economic crisis, Canada needs leadership. Canadian leadership. There can be no Socialist-Separatist-driven coalition without the people’s consent.
It’s time to Stand up for Canada.
It’s time to Let the people speak.

Man, the Conservatives will do anything to cling to power. Including distort and belittle our parliamentary system.
Canadians vote on policies through local representatives--not governments. The 44% of Canadians that voted for the NDP and Liberal policies have more support than the 36% that voted for George Bush's failed ideas. Period.
This is not a case of 5,205,334 vs. 75 making back-room deals. It is in fact 6,149,000 Canadians vs 5,208,000, or 7,528,000 vs. 5,208,000 if we include voters for the Bloc as well. In total, 8,466,000 Canadians voted against neo-conservative ideology just two months ago. Get the numbers straight.
There is also a tremendous amount of anti-Quebec language coming from Conservatives. First they say that the Bloc (and therefore all its supporters) are un-Canadian, then they say that this deal was put together exclusively by a Quebec conspiracy. And they wonder why some Quebecers want to separate from Canada... Harpercons, if you don’t like the Bloc--why don’t you beat them in the next election, instead of sleeping with biker chicks? = O
And why do you Alberta Reformers and northern Republicans call yourself "Tories" anyways? Tories are supposed to protect our parliamentary democracy, our constitution, and federalism--not destroy them.
Big man on campus, there, Mr. Anonymous. Can't even use your own name. Just a big a weasel as the The Pigs

Distort and belittle?
People vote for the Prime Minister, no matter how it is supposed to work in theory.
Mr Mick, actually, it was 38%. Not a good start if you can't even get that right.

This argument is so tiring. It's wrong.
You cannot say that those voters voted for your coalition. That is asinine. Friends of mine that voted Liberal and hugely upset at this charade.
Using your logic, one would have to ask how many people voted against Stephane Dion? How about Jack Layton? How about the Bloc?
The Bloc are un-Canadian you twit. They are a separatist party! Sure, I am sure that people voted for the Bloc as a protest vote, but the party itself is un-Canadian.
Is it legal/constitutional for the Bloc to sign a contract with,
and be given 'permanent consultation powers',
in governing Canada, when they REFUSE to run candidates across the Nation saying their mandate is breaking away from Canada(and have done so in writting) ?
