Totally Legal! Tories win in-and-out court battle
The Conservatives have won their court case against Election's Canada over the so call "in-and-out" scheme.
I am sure the Liberals and the rest of the opposition's apologies will be coming forthwith.
Or not.

An old Meat Loaf song -Two out of three aint bad! 1. Victory of the in/out scheme. 2. Victory of the Logo controversy. 3. And we await the outcome of the Libs overdue payments now in arrears to Elections Canada, for hopefuls who ran in the last election. When will that decision be made and paid in full? Marc Mayrand - Where are you, we need a hat-trick. The Libs cry of "wolf" fades.
I doubt very much that the Liberals care about losing the war. They won the battle when the in and out 'scheme' was being plastered all over the newspapers and politainment shows many months ago and the Conservatives were being forced to defend themselves. Just like logogate, wafergate, routegate, chequegate, H1N1gate and all of the other gates that the Libs and their MSM pals like to make news with and sell advertising around.

Haven't you heard, just because it was determined that the Tories didn't break the law, that doesn't mean that they did not break law.
That was the Liberal spin I got from the Soloman Show yesterday.
They will continue to bring this controversy "in and out" of the closet, so to speak.
That's just crap. I hope the Conservatives continue to put strong advocates and pundits on these shows to counter the lies.
