Iggy should ask for his resignation, but I won't hold my breath. If Iggy did ask for McCallum's resignation it would only be for a day until Iggy flipflops yet again.
Seriously stupid blunder from McCallum.

I subscribe to the Toronto Star because I need a TV guide. I couldn't recall reading about this fiasco in the dead-tree version. So, online, I typed in "John McCallum" at the Star's Search place. Normally, you get all references in the Star for the last seven days. Only one result showed and it was dated April 5 and appeared to be about entertainment. So I guess it never happened as far as the Star is concerned. If a Conservative MP had done such a deed, would the Star ignore it?
